Position title: Program Specialist II
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Clearance required: Active Secret clearance Potential to upgrade to TS / SCI.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Performs high-quality project support
- Will contact most levels of government personnel
- Handles confidential information
- Maintains logs, records, archives, and / or working files
- Given minimum instruction and supervision, handles correspondence, prepares reports, arranges meetings, and / or travel arrangements.
- Associates of Arts or Science OR two-year technical school degree + minimum of 3 years relevant experience OR
- High school diploma / GED plus 10 years’ experience.
- Personal computer literacy with knowledge of email, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Experienced with common office equipment, e.g., fax machines, copiers, projectors, and PC printers.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant administrative support experience, or military experience E3 and up.
Skills Required
- Active Secret security clearance with potential upgrade to Top Secret/SCI
