As a Program Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership for your assigned commodity/category and/or region as per Annual Operating Plan. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export/Import regulations.
In this role, you will impact the evaluation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies and program requirements. Your expertise in subcontract management will be crucial in identifying and resolving subcontract issues and developing mutually acceptable solutions.

- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery

- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders

- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation

- 2+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- Bachelor or MBA preferred
- Experience working with subcontractors during all phases of program lifecycle
- Experience utilizing MS Office Suite, SAP and other business tools used in the execution of subcontracts management activities
- Strong organizational skills
