Key responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for first line review of program data and information and provide analysis and recommendations related to program management and design as requested. Lead development of implementation and project plans across the portfolio, including business, residential, and strategy & innovation.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices. Manage contract compliance. Coordinate accounting activities with Corporate Accounting
  • Maintain an appropriate positive and mutually beneficial business relationship with customers, regulatory stakeholders, professional groups, and industry allies in support of Ameren Illinois’ energy efficiency objectives.
  • Oversee program data quality, quality control, and the presentation of program data and information.
  • Support internal and external program communication and outreach needs.
  • Track program metrics.  Prepare status reports to accurately monitor progress against program objectives, timelines, budgets, and goals.
  • Lead the development, implementation and tracking of projects using project management best practices.
  • Stay current with ongoing trends in energy efficiency and demand response.
Qualifications:Program Specialist, Energy EfficiencyBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.  MBA preferred. Two or more years of relevant experience required (e.g., contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, engineering).  May waive Bachelor's degree requirement for candidates with six or more years of directly relevant experience, or for candidates with an Associate's degree with four or more years of directly relevant experience.Qualifications:Program Supervisor, Energy EfficiencyBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.  MBA preferred.  Five or more years of relevant experience required (e.g., contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, engineering).  May waive degree requirement for candidates with nine or more years of directly relevant experience, or for candidates with an Associate's degree with seven or more years of directly relevant experience.Technical career path level and salary depends upon applicant’s credentials. Open to all levels from Program Specialist to Senior Program Supervisor.In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (preferably Advanced Excel and Power BI skills); demonstrated critical thinking skills and customer service approach; strong leadership skills; ability to influence others; demonstrated team building and organizational skills; demonstrated business acumen, decision making problem solving, analytical and computational skill; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range:

$71,100.00 - $137,200.00

* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials.

At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.

Skills Required
