Key responsibilities include:- Responsible for first line review of program data and information and provide analysis and recommendations related to program management and design as requested. Lead development of implementation and project plans across the portfolio, including business, residential, and strategy & innovation.
- Review and approve vendor invoices. Manage contract compliance. Coordinate accounting activities with Corporate Accounting
- Maintain an appropriate positive and mutually beneficial business relationship with customers, regulatory stakeholders, professional groups, and industry allies in support of Ameren Illinois’ energy efficiency objectives.
- Oversee program data quality, quality control, and the presentation of program data and information.
- Support internal and external program communication and outreach needs.
- Track program metrics. Prepare status reports to accurately monitor progress against program objectives, timelines, budgets, and goals.
- Lead the development, implementation and tracking of projects using project management best practices.
- Stay current with ongoing trends in energy efficiency and demand response.
Compensation Range:
$71,100.00 - $137,200.00* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials.
At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (may be waived with sufficient experience)
- MBA
- Five or more years of relevant experience (Program Supervisor level)
- Two or more years of relevant experience (Program Specialist level)
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (preferably Advanced Excel and Power BI)
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, influencing, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated analytical, decision-making, problem solving, and computational skills
- Experience with contract compliance, vendor management, accounting coordination, and program data/reporting
- Knowledge of project management best practices and ability to develop implementation/project plans
