Scopely is looking for a Program Specialist, Early Career Programs to support the delivery of early career programs across the EU. Based in Barcelona, you’ll partner closely with our Senior Manager, Global Early Career Programs, to support our early career programs and shape how early talent experiences Scopely.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex work and takes pride in executing programs that run smoothly end-to-end. You will support and drive the day-to-day execution of our early career programs in the EU, helping manage a high volume of moving pieces across candidates, hiring teams, participants, and timelines.

At Scopely, we believe in inspiring play every day, not only through our games but through the growth of our people. This role helps bring that to life by creating meaningful, well-executed early career experiences where emerging talent can grow, contribute, and feel a sense of belonging.

Success in this role comes from strong organization, a builder mindset, and the ability to create structure, stay close to the details, and keep stakeholders aligned and informed.  While the role includes elements of campus events and relationship building, the core of the work is onsite program execution, managing participants and stakeholders and ensuring a high-quality experience from recruitment through program completion.

What You Will Do

  • Support and deliver early career programs across the EU, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned and on track
  • Build and maintain trackers, workflows, timelines and tools to support program operations, communications, onboarding, and program milestones
  • Manage day-to-day program execution, including onboarding, cohort coordination, programming, and participant support
  • Serve as a reliable and responsive point of contact for early-career participants and hiring teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Partner with hiring managers, mentors, and cross-functional teams to support program readiness, alignment, and ongoing coordination
  • Spot issues early, flag risks, and help drive solutions to keep things on track
  • Coordinate program touchpoints like onboarding sessions, learning events, networking opportunities, and final presentations
  • Track program milestones and key metrics, helping monitor progress and support reporting and program improvements
  • Partner with the Talent team to support recruiting processes, candidate communications, and hiring outcomes
  • Support recruiting handoffs and pre-start program setup in collaboration with Talent and People teams
  • Contribute to campus engagement and recruiting efforts across the EU, in alignment with broader early careers strategy
  • Support pipeline-building efforts, including sourcing and outreach initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of experience in program coordination, early careers, recruiting, HR, or a similar operations-focused role
  • Experience supporting internships, graduate programs, or high-volume candidate processes is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and moving pieces effectively
  • Proven ability to build structure and clarity within processes and workflows
  • Experience planning and executing in-person and/or virtual events
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, with the ability to track and manage data, workflows, and metrics
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and virtual event platforms
  • Clear and thoughtful communication skills across candidates, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with manager direction
  • Open to feedback with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the EU as needed

Please ensure that the résumé/CV you attach is written in English.
