Summary:

In this role, you will lead the successful delivery, operations, and strategic direction of the TS3 Supply Aggregation group for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and participating TS3 client organizations. You will develop and manage initiative strategies, work plans, stakeholder engagement, and value-based programs that support contract utilization, sourcing outcomes, savings opportunities, and operational performance. You will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, suppliers, and client leaders to advance TS3 priorities, strengthen the program portfolio, support new business opportunities, and deliver measurable value across the aggregation group.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of TS3 Supply initiatives, project workstreams, and operational plans that meet project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and expected value.

  • Develop and manage the strategic framework for TS3 initiatives, including pipeline prioritization, pursuit criteria, initiative timing, and value-based strategies.

  • Serve as a strategic resource to clients by supporting contracts, program strategies, and initiatives that align with TS3 goals and individual client priorities.

  • Partner with contracting, sourcing, analytics, and value analysis stakeholders to influence negotiations, optimize contracting strategies, drive contract utilization, and support onboarding.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to advance program participation, resolve escalated issues, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop promotional materials, training, and program resources, and educate internal and external stakeholders on TS3 Supply program components, processes, and value opportunities.

  • Facilitate business reviews, council meetings, and panel discussions to gather client feedback, inform contracting decisions, share best practices, and guide program strategies.

  • Research new value propositions, capabilities, process improvements, and savings opportunities that strengthen TS3 Supply performance and client value.

  • Conduct market basket analysis and evaluate utilization opportunities to identify cost savings and support business conversion to TS3 Supply.

  • Establish, track, and communicate program success metrics, deliverables, revenue, sales, savings opportunities, achievements, risks, and challenges to leadership.

  • Lead peers in analyzing program performance, identifying opportunities, and translating results into clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Act as an operational liaison to support successful billing, invoicing, implementation, and ongoing administration for TS3 Supply and participating client organizations.

  • Leverage Aptitude and related analytics and contracting tools to support category sourcing, market basket analysis, committed pricing opportunities, utilization tracking, and supplier and client reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in business administration, healthcare administration, supply chain management, operations, finance, or a related field preferred; advanced degree, including MBA or master’s degree, preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required. (i.e., Sourcing, consulting, program management, supply chain, healthcare contracting, or a related area)

  • Strong healthcare contracting background with experience supporting successful contract negotiations highly preferred.

  • GPO experience preferred.

  • Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner using Microsoft tools.

  • Proven ability to meet individual and team business goals.

  • Strong relationship-building, strategic partnering, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and influence outcomes across internal and external teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate program performance, identify savings opportunities, and translate insights into action.

  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
