MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Provides safe and effective services
  • Adheres to policies related to safety and boundaries with service recipients.
  • Attends safety and abuse risk management training as assigned.
  • Adheres to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising service recipients.
  • Reports suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations.
  • Follows mandated abuse reporting requirements.
Manages the integration, development, and operations of Boys Town programs that are replicated within various sites and external agencies
  • Integrates the administration, training, consultation, and evaluation systems of Boys Town programs at agencies and schools, adapting material for service delivery while ensuring program quality and consistency.
  • Provides ongoing consultative and analytical services to Sites and agencies.
  • Authorizes agencies and schools where Boys Town programs are replicated by reviewing implementation and outcome data, conducting direct observations, and comparing to our program model fidelity instruments to ensure consistency in implementation.
  • Performs activities related to program authorization and research projects and provides Boys Town Model services to external schools/programs/agencies.
  • Collaborates with marketing, finance, sales, IT, research, advocacy, legal, external program leaders and state agencies.
  • Provides cross-training to staff within the National Training department in Boys Town programs, oversees staff skill development activities, and provides administrative oversight.
  • Collaborates on the development and revisions of training materials, consultation and authorization activities, and materials required for Boys Town programs that are replicated.
  • Assists in the review process of workshop materials including training outlines, audio-visual aids, and workshop manuals.
  • Identifies opportunities for the integration of additional program services.
  • Manages revenue generation for program replication including assisting with the identification and pursuit of new and continuing clients and identification and pursuit of funding opportunities from non-traditional sources.
  • Develops annual goals to enhance staff development and initiatives in programs being replicated.
  • Determines consumer needs and the level and type of services needed.
  • Provides information to agencies about program replication and other applicable program areas and services.
  • Assists in negotiation of the terms of service packaging and delivery; files appropriate records.
  • Provides and documents regular communication with agency staff and administrators to ensure the establishment of replication goals and guidelines, data collection and consultation processes, pursue networking opportunities, monitor quality of service delivery, and provide consultation support.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of Boys Town programs, adult learning, education settings, and human service agencies.
  • Knowledge of data collection and analysis processes.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization and with external contacts in an articulate, professional manner while maintaining necessary degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to research, plan, organize, and conduct training programs, seminars, and conferences.
  • Ability to collaborate on materials for new training/replication programs and to deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong relationship building and collaborative skills.
  • Proven presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to make necessary adaptations to content, time, or audience.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects in parallel while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain credentials to train courses requiring special qualifications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree in education, behavioral science, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of teaching or administrative experience and working with School Board Members and District Administrators and Agency Directors required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience training virtually and in-person consultants, trainers, supervisors, or administrators required.
  • Ability to travel to meet job requirements required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, EQUIPMENT USAGE, WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Position is relatively sedentary in a normal office administrative environment involving minimum exposure to physical risks.  Will use office equipment such as a computer/laptop, monitor, keyboard, and a general workstation set-up.

Skills Required
