Job Description
Job Summary:
The Location Strategy Execution Project Manager is responsible for driving end to end project management, demonstrating ownership and accountability of the entire migration and driving engagement with business partners across the globe to assure compliance with established policies and standards, including driving the execution of all Inter-Affiliate Service requirements.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business partners to clarify, define and document project objectives, deliverables as well as identify key stakeholders and project participants
  • Drive end to end project management, demonstrating ownership and accountability of the entire process.
  • Drive engagement across key global business partners / stakeholders to assure compliance with established policies and standards and receipt of required approvals
  • Partner with project sponsor to help facilitate analytical discussions and provide recommendations based on IAS (Inter Affiliate Services) policy and location strategy execution best practices
  • Drive the execution of IAS requirements including Onboarding, Scorecards and Annual Recertifications
  • Develop and refine detailed project plans, document key milestones, owners and target dates, highlight dependencies where appropriate - provide full transparency to the project team and stakeholders
  • Develop effective and meaningful presentations & project update materials suitable for stakeholders, business partners and project participants regarding overall project progress and recommendations/decisions
  • Identify, document, clearly organize and manage project risks/issues through resolution, escalating as appropriate with ability to articulate effectively
  • Engage and hold accountable all project participants based upon defined roles and responsibilities. Facilitate and actively participate in meetings and discussions
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, have a clear purpose, and distribute meeting documentation in advance to enable preparation and participation of key meeting participants
  • Distribute meetings summaries and list of actions, holding individuals accountable for completion. Make project level and key decisions as applicable


Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must have 7+ years in the financial services market, loan operations and/or loan technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of program and project management experience required
  • Strong organization and time management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal
  • Strong proficiency with project management methodology and the project management lifecycle
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with ability to turn findings into strategic recommendations/suggestions
  • Superior ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights and develop solutions, creative thinker with strategic mindset
  • Proven ability to lead, challenge, adapt to changing business landscapes and influence without having positional authority
  • Ability to flex schedule as necessary to support engagement with global business partners
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to develop strong client and business partner relationships
  • Excellent working knowledge of operations and risk concepts and the ability to interpret and understand the impact of decisions, as well as identify and convey potential problem areas. Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio


Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities::

  • IAS experience preferred
  • Alteryx & Tableau experience preferred
  • MBA preferred
