To join our team as a Program Portfolio Manager! This role will be responsible for directing all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. As a leader to our Evansville team, you can expect to work with all program stakeholders including our utility client, area contractors, customers, to ensure alignment on a cohesive vision delivering the service that differentiates CLEAResult through energy efficiency and demand response programs.

Manage residential and commercial portfolio of Energy Efficiency programs (typically $8—16M annual revenue without incentives)

Contributes to or leads contract creation and executes contracts for compliance and client satisfaction

May create technical content and intellectual property, including content for corporate marketing

Responsible for forecasting and managing program budget

Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and performance

Lead, develop, and grow a team of 25+ to support every aspect of our client portfolios

Read, analyze, and interpret the complex and sensitive documents, to include technical reports, legal documents, and financial reports that apply to the work

Responsible for contract risk management (identification, management and resolution of risks) for portfolio of programs & projects

8+ years of people management experience

Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred, but not required: MS or MBA

Relevant industry experience, preferred

Demonstrated expertise with creating and articulating financial modeling/analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

Confidence in quickly getting up to speed with Adaptive and other business platforms
