Position Summary:
The Pathway Program Operations Specialist coordinates activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure that the goals of the organization are met efficiently and effectively. The Program Operations Specialist is a member of the Events Committee.
REPORTS TO: Program Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program events coordinator (set-up thru execution)
- Scheduling and logistics coordination
- Coordinates organizational meetings
- Identifies, coordinates, and provides resources for residents and clients
- Data tracking and entry aligned with grant requirements and reporting standards
- Accountable for ordering all event supplies
- Assists with scheduling and registration for program and events
- Supports marketing and public relations for all programs and events
- Member of the Events Committee
- Serves as primary contact for Senior Coalition, Residents Council and Volunteers
- Support specialist to the Program Manager
- Backup for Micro Transit Coordinator and front desk support
Program & Event Coordination
- Directly supports the Program Manager.
- Assists with scheduling and registration for programs, events, and meetings.
- Supports the planning and execution of organizational events as a member of the Events Committee.
- Coordinates volunteer program activities and management.
- Assists with Youth Council operations and attends meetings as needed.
- Coordinates scheduling for the Microtransit Program and Community Coach activities.
- Provides coverage and support for additional duties as required to meet programmatic and operational needs.
Community Engagement & Client Support
- Supports marketing and public relations efforts for the organization and its programs.
- Identifies and connects residents and clients with appropriate internal or external resources.
- Represents the organization at community events or meetings as needed.
- Assists with running errands and other off-site responsibilities as assigned.
Other Duties
- Performs other duties as assigned in support of the organization’s mission.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum: associates degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with key duties and responsibilities
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must have good attendance
- Must have a willingness to accept feedback from leadership
- Full-Time: Must be able to work up to 35 Hours per Week
- Must work some Weekends and Evenings (minimum of 12-15)
- Knowledge of Indianapolis and Far-Eastside area Preferred

- Excellent computer skills & thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, including Word & Excel and Google Drive
