Position: Program Operations Manager
Join Leidos' National Security Sector as a Program Operations Manager, driving impactful change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will lead operations that ensure the success of vital programs, focusing on travel coordination, change management, project planning, and customer deliverables.
Primary Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate critical information to internal and external audiences via emails, reports, presentations, and meetings.

Lead transformation initiatives by identifying stakeholders, assessing impacts, and monitoring implementation for seamless transitions.

Develop detailed project plans to ensure clear objectives, tasks, scope, and stakeholder buy-in.
-
Proactively identify and address risks to guarantee project success.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to meet program goals.

Oversee project proposals, bids, contracts, schedules, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience, training, and/or certifications may substitute degree requirement.

U.S. Citizenship; Currently possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.

Demonstrated leadership, organization, communication, and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite for high-quality documentation and graphics.

Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations and updates aligned with organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Strong background within government contracting, particularly related to financial aspects and standard business practices (interpreting statements of work, contracts, and purchase orders).

Expertise in tracking and managing contract metrics, internal reviews, and risk management.

Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
