Study Group Digital Learning are proud to be delivering an innovative online program for ambitious high-school students in the Middle East.
The program is a part-time, digital course which is designed to provide students in their final years of high school with a comprehensive grounding in the subject knowledge, study skills and insights they need to make a successful undergraduate university application. The program will be delivered through timetabled synchronous lectures, seminars and tutorials as well as through the provision of engaging asynchronous activities. 
Our commitment to student success will ensure every learner receives an effective and quality assured digital learning experience that supports them in successfully taking the next steps in their educational journey.
The Program Operations and Data Co-ordinator will play a vital role in supporting the effective day-to-day-operational delivery of the Program as well as ensuring robust data reporting.
The Program Operations and Data Co-ordinator will be capable of thorough and conscientious work to tight deadlines, adapting to changing priorities as the need arises. An ability to use initiative, be proactive, and be solutions-focused are all essential. A focus on process improvement is required, as the role will actively contribute to refining and optimising protocols. The role involves liaison with multiple Program stakeholders so effective oral and written communication skills are also essential.
The role’s focus on establishing high-standard, effective operational and data reporting for the Program will help ensure key performance indicators are achieved. 
ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day Program operations.
  • Manage programme calendars and co-ordinate programme dates. 
  • Maintain accurate student records/data. 
  • Manage the administration of meetings including co-ordination and minute taking.
  • Handle queries and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Support the administration of student enrolment and induction at different Program phases.
  • Lead on timetabling and creation of online lesson links.
  • Lead on the creation of self-study digital hubs.
  • Ensure quality assessment administration. 
  • Input, update, and manage data in excel and other systems.
  • Extract learning analytics from different digital learning platforms. 
  • Supervising the completion of administrative tasks by others if required. 
  • Collaborating with and communicating with different Program stakeholders on key operational or data items. 
  • Any other tasks and duties as required by the line manager. 

ABOUT YOU

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent work experience (Desirable) 
  • Excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft Excel (Essential) 
  • Experience of working in an educational setting (Desirable) 
  • Substantial and proven experience within an administrative role (Essential) 
  • Experience in using data and reporting systems (Essential) 
  • Experience of being flexible and working to specific deadlines (Essential) 
  • Experience of improving administrative processes and process mapping (Desirable)
  • Experience of building strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues. 
  • Experience in being able to manage time well with the ability to prioritise work, forward think and plan. 
  • Experience in communicating and liaising with multiple different stakeholders.
