Key Responsibilities
- Establish, manage, and maintain Planned Maintenance System (PMS), Maintenance Data System (MDS), and Inactive Equipment Maintenance (IEM) programs in accordance with Government directives
- Oversee maintenance databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with prescribed standards
- Prepare and submit weekly status reports, 13-week reports, and force revision reports
- Identify recurring maintenance program issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Document lessons learned and best practices and communicate them to stakeholders
- Maintain coordination with subject matter experts and stakeholders across commands
- Attend and contribute to maintenance meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on work requests and issues
- Supervise and direct contractor maintenance personnel and ensure program execution aligns with operational goals
