Key Responsibilities
✿ Program & Portfolio Management
- Lead and manage multiple large scale programs/projects across Life Sciences value chain
- Define program roadmap, scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation
- Ensure successful delivery of programs aligned with business goals
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures
- Engage with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross functional teams
- Act as a primary point of contact for program status, risks, and escalations
- Manage vendor and third party relationships
- Ensure programs comply with:
- GxP (GMP, GLP, GCP) requirements
- FDA, EMA regulations
- 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11 (for digital programs)
- Drive audit readiness and support regulatory inspections
- Drive end to end program execution across:
- Clinical, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality
- Monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to SDLC / CSV / CSA methodologies (if IT/digital programs)

Skills Required
- 15+ years experience in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain
- Proven program and portfolio management of large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Knowledge of GxP principles (GMP, GLP, GCP) and audit readiness
- Familiarity with FDA and EMA regulations
- Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 for digital systems
- Experience with SDLC, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Cloud Security Assessment (CSA) methodologies for IT/digital programs
- Stakeholder management with senior leadership and third-party/vendor management
- Ability to define program roadmap, scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation
- Experience driving cross-functional delivery across Clinical, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality
