Position: Program Manager
Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite)

Experience Required:
- 10 years in IT and minimum 5 years in Program Mgmt.
- Expert in Project Management.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or delivery lead role in product development, specifically managing complex, multi workstream enterprise platform integrations or digital transformations.
- Agile Expertise: Proven experience guiding execution using standard software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, with deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments (including PI planning).
- Dependency Mapping: Outstanding ability to identify, map, and manage highly complex technical and operational dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Analytical & Data Driven: Strong capability to analyze program metrics, establish quantitative KPIs, and present data driven insights in a clear, compelling format for executive leadership.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of aligning and influencing diverse technical and non technical stakeholders across different organizations.
- Problem Solving: A proactive, solution oriented mindset with experience managing and negotiating with third party technology vendors.
Experience Preferred:
- Technical background e.g., BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Deep hands on experience utilizing Jira (including Jira Software, Advanced Roadmaps, or Jira Align) for backlog grooming, sprint planning, dependency mapping, workflow customization, and executive reporting.
- Experience working in high growth product development environments.
The pay range for this role is $100,000- $110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
