Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Program Manager in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Position Type: Contingent on Contract Award.
Salary: $95k-$160k (depending on experience)
The Program Manager leads overall program execution, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across all task areas supporting global LVC environments.
Essential Functions:
- Lead end-to-end program execution across all SOW task areas.
- Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk at the program level.
- Oversee PMRs, reporting, and contract deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with DoD/Navy policies and contractual requirements.
- Direct workforce planning, staffing, and performance management.
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive strategic planning, continuous improvement, and mission success.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in program/project management or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects.
- Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).
Desired:
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
- Familiarity with EVM and program reporting.
- Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI).
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
Security Clearance:
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
