The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
  • Interface directly with Government management personnel to ensure alignment with mission objectives and contract requirements
  • Lead staffing efforts across all program tasks, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and coverage
  • Formulate, implement, and enforce work standards and operational procedures
  • Develop and manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress across program activities
  • Review and resolve work discrepancies, ensuring quality and compliance with established standards
  • Communicate organizational policies, objectives, and goals effectively to team members and stakeholders
  • Manage cost, performance, and schedule requirements across all contract deliverables
  • Re-prioritize tasks and resources as needed to support evolving Government mission requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Active Secret clearance or higher (required)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proven expertise in managing and controlling complex information systems architectures involving multiple, disparate database, network, and communications subsystems
  • Demonstrated experience in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations
  • Proven ability to reprioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively in dynamic environments
  • Experience managing cost, performance, and schedule elements on Government contracts
Desired:
  • Experience delivering technical innovations within large-scale organizations (e.g., military or other Government entities)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD officials
  • C4 (Command, Control, Communications, and Computers) experience in a military headquarters or command center environment

Skills Required

  • Active Secret clearance or higher
