What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our global program management leadership team. In this role, you will lead the department’s day‑to‑day operations, working closely with R&D leadership, Product Managers, and cross‑functional scrum teams. You will own complex programs and release lifecycles end‑to‑end, ensuring predictable delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement.
How Will You Make an Impact?
- Lead complex, cross‑functional programs and release lifecycles from initiation through execution and successful delivery
- Develop, manage, and maintain structured program and release plans
- Monitor execution, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans
- Provide clear, consistent status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders
- Ensure strong collaboration and effective communication across Product, R&D, and other cross‑functional teams
- Enforce existing processes while identifying, shaping, and improving missing or ineffective processes
- Drive data‑informed decision‑making by defining, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs
- Act as an Agile champion and coach, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
What Is Needed to Succeed?
- 5–10 years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Release Manager in a software/R&D environment
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models
- Hands‑on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and an Agile mindset
- Proven ability to lead without authority and work effectively with limited supervision
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with outstanding attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and driven to promote change and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Advantages

- Jira administration or advanced Jira reporting experience
