1.Manage PM department’s organization through headcount, budget and other department driven activities.
2.Manage the Product Development Process (PDP). This includes coordinating all activities and interfacing with the team.
3. Implement a date driven management culture based on PDP.
4.Champion a common PDP system across Yancheng plant, consistent with global/Region direction.
5. Lead value stream improvements for the PDP process.
6.Responsible for the PDP metrics and reported timely to the team.
7.Assure PDP deliverables are maintained in the CBU quick place/system. 8.Facilitate PDP gate reviews for the CBU (low/high risk) reviews in time.
9.Identify project issues, escalated in time and Participated in China Low/High Risk Reviews.
10.Support for plant driven business to SOP, such as localization, capacity increase and other activities.
11.Comply with internal control requirements, H&S and Aptiv Business Process at all times.
