We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in the banking and financial services domain, specializing in large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic change across business and technology landscapes.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end transformation programs within the banking domain (e.g., digital transformation, core banking modernization, regulatory initiatives).
  • Oversee large, cross-functional teams including business consultants, architects, developers, QA, and external vendors.
  • Drive program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders to define program vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.
  • Drive adoption of Agile methodologies as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5+ years in the banking/financial services sector.
  • Strong development experience and background
  • Strong experience managing large-scale transformation programs (e.g., digital banking, payments, lending platforms, core systems).
  • Proven ability to lead large teams (50+ members) across multiple geographies.
  • Experience working with both technical teams and consulting stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of banking processes (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Risk, Compliance, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of program governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with core banking platforms
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe
  • Exposure to cloud transformation, data platforms, or fintech integrations.
  • Strong consulting background is a plus.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
