As a Program Manager, you’ll own and drive critical milestones across scope, schedule, quality, and cost. From translating client briefs into actionable plans to leading cross-functional execution and resolving challenges, you’ll ensure seamless delivery and alignment across global teams. As a Program Manager, you will be required to:
- Own and drive project and business milestones across scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
- Translate client briefs and technical requirements into structured factory and operational plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners to validate feasibility, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.
- Lead daily execution with strong navigation strategy, tracking readiness, cost, and quality while maintaining clear program visibility.
- Drive structured problem solving across engineering, factory, and client teams, ensuring timely root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Escalate risks, blockers, or misalignments to internal and external partner leadership when required.
- Adapt communication and approach through strong EQ and awareness of personality types and stakeholder agendas.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5–8 years of program/project management experience in apparel, hardware, wearables, electronics, or soft goods product development.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements, product specifications, manufacturability, and development workflows.
- Proven experience in global partner management and cross-functional execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment for escalation, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective risk management.
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), attention to detail, and diligence, enabling clear communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
