Role Description
Develop, implement, and manage strategic programs that align with organizational goals and support business growth and transformation.
Lead cross-functional project teams, setting clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables while promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate resource allocation and operational budgeting for assigned programs in partnership with senior leadership, ensuring effective utilization and alignment with business priorities.
Monitor, track, and report on program performance and outcomes using data-driven metrics and analytics, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments to streamline processes, improve workflows, and drive enhancements in program execution and customer satisfaction.
Establish clear program governance structures, define roles and responsibilities, and implement accountability measures to ensure successful program delivery.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards while proactively identifying and mitigating program risks through robust management strategies and contingency planning.
Oversee the development and delivery of program enablement materials and training, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and best practices.
Serve as a liaison between project teams, executives, and senior leaders, facilitating communication, decision-making, and the achievement of strategic program objectives.
Support talent development within program teams, including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement, to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or relevant work experience required
5+ years of experience in program, project management, business, or a relevant functional area
Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events
Ability to travel up to 25%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
