The Supervised Release Tracking (SRT) program provides comprehensive monitoring and support for youth aged 10-19 on Supervised Release status in Florida’s Northwest and Northeast regions. SRT personnel conduct face-to-face contacts and track youth compliance with court-ordered conditions, working 24/7 to reduce secure detention placements and prevent recidivism. The program aims to keep youth crime-free in the least restrictive environment while maintaining public safety, with Supervised Release Trackers making required weekly contacts based on the youth’s supervision type (Home Detention, Intensive Home Detention, or Electronic Monitoring) and documenting all interactions in the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS).
Pay: starting at $60k/year
Stipends: Vehicle $650/month, Cell Phone $50/month

What you will do: The Program Manager is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as well as federal, state and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices and laws. The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions, marketing, staff development and training. The Program Manager position oversees the delivery of Supervised Release Tracking (SRT) services for youth in the Northwest and Northeast regions of Florida under the Department of Juvenile Justice. This role ensures compliance with court-ordered supervision, including home detention and electronic monitoring, to reduce secure detention placements and recidivism. The Manager is responsible for supervising SRT personnel, maintaining service quality, and ensuring that youth receive consistent monitoring and support 24/7. Key duties include staff training, compliance with reporting requirements, managing case documentation through the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS), and attending review committee meetings.
To be considered you should:
- Have a BA/BS in related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Have at least 4 years’ experience working with at-risk youth
- Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP Driver. Must possess a current state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test
