Lucayan Technology LLC is hiring a Program Manager to lead a mission-critical government contract in Chantilly, VA. This position requires strong program leadership, customer engagement, and contract management skills. As the primary interface with the customer, you will oversee program execution, ensure contractual compliance, and lead a high-performing team in support of national security objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead program execution and serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders.
- Provide programmatic leadership to staff, subcontractors, and executive leadership.
- Manage deliverables, performance metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee subcontractor relationships, agreements, and compliance.
- Support workforce development, career growth, and staffing strategies.
- Provide risk assessments and mitigation plans to ensure program success.
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, STEM, or related field).
- 6+ years of Program Management experience (10+ years preferred).
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering, IT, or Information Assurance experience.
- Experience managing contracts of comparable size and complexity.
- Subcontractor management experience.
- Master’s degree in Business or STEM field.
- Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) organizations.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
- IAM Level II Certification (CAP, CASP, CISM, CISSP-Associate, GSCL).
