Program Manager

Directs and guides the activities of team with prime responsibility in Project and Program Management. Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. Review progress of technical project and make recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Define processes and manage priorities and manage priorities and scheduling across hardware and software projects. Drive the definition of requirements and specifications in close cooperation with architects and customer stakeholders. Create and manage project plans in line with business requirements. Manage, monitor and drive projects and project managers. Track and report KPIs and result into Project Review Boards. Monitor and control the project budgets. Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders and 3rd parties. Up to 10% travel to Austria, Germany, United Kingdom and India req’d.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.

Five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, Project Manager or similar occupations.

Required skills:

Position requires three (3) years of experience in:

• SoC design, SW development, product/test development or applications;
• Cryptography, security, and secure protocols;
• Product and Portfolio Management tool;
• Common Criteria (CC) certification and IS0/SAE 21434 automotive cyber security;
• Development of secure solutions for chips intended for watches, Wi-Fi devices, smart speakers, and other IoT devices; and
• IP development process and engineering for secure elements.
