About the Role

Redhorse is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to play a key oversight role in the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command’s Creating Digital Advantage Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This critical role will directly support the modernization and digital transformation of NSW's operational capabilities. You will be the central point of contact for all aspects of the contract, ensuring successful execution and delivery of cutting-edge solutions impacting national security. This is a high-impact position offering significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape the future of NSW technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Task Planning, Preparation, and Execution.
• Resource Management (Personnel); Task/Project Budget Management and Cost Reporting (Cost Controls).
• Schedule and Task Performance Oversight; Risk Management; Quality Assurance and Controls.
• Reporting and Deliverables Management; Security Management; Strategic Planning; Situation Assessment and Recommendations; and other Anticipatory Support (as required).
• Serve as the single point of contact for addressing contract issues, quality issues, and overall performance. This includes coordination with the Contracting Officer and the COR/COR-TR to resolve any issues that may arise, trends relating to the contract, proposed changes or modifications to this contract.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the NSW Digital Strategy, including modernization of legacy systems, implementation of cloud services, and advancements in data engineering, analytics, BI, AI, and ML.
• Manage the access and content management of structured and unstructured information; design and improvement of NSW User Experiences (UX); and manage learning, training, and organizational change management.

Required Experience/Clearance

• Top Secret Security Clearance
• 5 years’ total experience in SOF assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor.
• 5 years’ experience as a Program Manager on a DoD Contract or with DoD.
• Master’s Degree in any Business-related field -OR- any Bachelor’s Degree and an additional 3 years’ (total of 8 years’) experience in SOF organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III Certification/Advanced Certification -OR- an additional 5 years’ (total of 10 years’) Program Management experience on a DoD contract or with DoD.

Desired Experience

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with DataBricks, GitLab, or Jira.
• Experience managing large, complex IT projects within the DoD.
• Experience working directly with the NSW community.
