THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead and coordinate internal QA and cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams to identify improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and drive strategic projects that enhance product quality and operational efficiency. You will act as the central point of communication and accountability, ensuring successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with QA leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute key initiatives that enhance QA processes and align with organizational
goals.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between QA, engineering, product management, and other
departments.
• Establish and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and achievement of objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within QA and broader organizational workflows, driving the implementation of solutions that improve
efficiency and quality.
• Act as the central point of contact for cross-team initiatives, facilitating communication and resolving roadblocks to maintain progress.
• Monitor and report on the status of initiatives, providing updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and successes.
• Build and foster relationships across teams to promote a culture of collaboration and shared accountability.
• Analyze project outcomes and feedback to continuously refine and improve processes and practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a QA or software development environment.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams, fostering collaboration across different time zones and cultures.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience facilitating collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

COMPENSATION RANGE
The compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00, depending on location and experience.
