Program Manager – DAS, ERRCS
Boingo Enterprise Networks is looking for an experienced Program Manager to with manage the buildouts of DAS in a variety of venues, including Hospital, Hotels, Commercial Real Estate, etc.
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the team in their work managing projects data, deployment calls, coordinating site visits, site walks, and on-site inspections, as well as project tracking, reporting towards the successful implementation of DAS and Public Safety ERRCS projects. This position will cover projects in Florida and the Southeast
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with field engineering, quality assurance, product management, marketing, operations, business development, and professional services through the network buildout and project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, administrative staff, contractors, general contractors (GCs), and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).
- Assess project risk factors and recommend appropriate courses of action to mitigate.
- Lead and manage recurring partner requirements, service levels, reporting, and change.
- Manage quality assurance and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) including formal reporting requirements and meetings.
- Working with the team in a positive and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction remains our team’s number one goal.
- Coordinate activities with construction managers and department heads to ensure implementation of the program according to the company methodology, processes, and schedule to make sure deliverables are accomplished.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience as Program Manager or Project Manager for of DAS, ERRCS projects.
- Assume responsibility for driving and delivering multiple DAS network installation projects, both pre- and post-construction.
- Strong leadership and management experience with proven ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions as well as communicate and report effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical aspects of network deployment, product management and construction project lifecycle operations.
- Experience managing capital for a mix of large, medium, and small projects.
- Ability to lead and set priorities according to the work and management requirements.
- Must be self-motivated with a proactive approach to working with diverse teams.
- Travel to local and out-of-state sites will be required.
