Meet the team:

The Global Business Services (GBS) Advisory Team works with multiple functions in the organization to drive
additional engagements with the GBS team in the different regions. The team is responsible for upstream
relationship management with these functions and consults, develops business cases, and scopes support
opportunities in cooperation with the business owners. The GBS Advisory team enhances the understanding of
GBS services and benefits, drives efficient communication and provides clear steps and guidelines towards an
engagement.

The team works closely with the project and operational teams in the GBS sites in Lithuania and the Philippines.

Where you come in:

  • You will be responsible for the coordination, analytics, reporting and support of global GBS/functional engagements.
  • You will work closely with the GBS Advisory, Operations, Project Management and Business Transformation Teams as well as numerous functions across the organization.
  • You will support the Corporate GBS Advisory team to ensure Enterprise wide GBS visibility over critical deliverables and opportunity areas and ensure that Global GBS Leadership team have regular, accurate reporting and visibility on opportunities. Ensure that key frameworks are followed, and information collected and distributed in a timely manner.
  • You will provide analytical and reporting  support to the team through data review and evaluation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Opportunity/Exploratory Support

  • Support the GBS Advisory Team during the ideation, scoping and implementation process of new teams and roles into the GBS.
  • Provide cross-location reporting and analysis of  ongoing engagement efforts.
  • Support functions with feasibility studies, sizing, location selection, and service management structures.
  • Support global upstream business development and consulting prior to engagement with GBS.
  • Coordinate the collection of information across GBS locations to support advisory and upstream opportunity assessment activities.

Advisory Framework Support

  • Evaluate and document process flows. Operational procedures and function to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the development and deployment of playbooks.
  • Build and develop Global GBS reporting frameworks to ensure visibility on all upcoming and emerging activity.
  • In cooperation with the HR team, develop a change management approach for the GBS.
  • Ensure templates and frameworks are adhered to.

Communication Management Support

  • Coordinate the GBS communications plan and approach with the Comms team to ensure that regular updates are being provided as defined by plan.
  • Work with the Corporate Communications team to ensure timely delivery of agreed upon deliverables, such as videos, quarterly releases etc..
  • Ensure that the GBS SharePoint site is being maintained and updated on a regular basis. Ensure that the content is up to date and work with team to drive content updates.

GBS Advisory Support and Coordination

  • Help in prioritizing cross-functional projects and coordinate with functions.
  • Support the GBS Business advisory on reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate MBR/QBR and SteerCo reports in cooperation with the GBS teams in the sites.
  • Provide operational support for critical deliverables to be met by the GBS Advisory Team.
  • Develop and maintain presentation decks in support of GBS advisory engagement with functions.
  • Track, update and, maintain the GBS Activity tracker and consolidating status updates into comprehensive reports or summaries.
  • Provide reports out of activity tracker as needed.
  • Coordination with external consultants/vendors on Purchase Order, Scope of Work, and billing concerns.

What makes you successful:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence & Analysis, Reporting and Project Management.
  • You have strategic and analytic mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • You have proven ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • You are fluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to review, develop and document process flows.
  • You have an experience in process improvements.
  • You are resourceful and self-reliant.
  • You have knowledge and high proficiency of SharePoint and Excel.
  • Preferably, you have an experience in a Shared Service Center environment.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Masters degree plus 2-5 years industry experience or PhD plus 0-2 years industry experience
