Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a similar role, ideally in a tech company or fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of agile project management and experience implementing agile processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in presenting data in a digestible way to support your decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes to support core operational functions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Leverage data to design and implement playbooks for various operational tasks, tracking and adjusting processes to meet evolving business needs.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance operational performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with other departments (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to coordinate operational activities and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for operational updates, regularly communicating progress, successes, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring that all operational initiatives align with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, championing initiatives that drive greater efficiency, reduce costs, and improve process effectiveness.
