Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position is $190K and goes up to $220,000 based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. With company standard annual performance reviews in place, plus excellence awards for recognition, your performance will be rewarded and appreciated, we promise!

Still not convinced? Allow us to elaborate. For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Senior Program Manager. This exciting position will have the chance to work on just about any aspect there is as it pertains to the planning, execution, and delivery of a G2 Ops program(s) or contract(s), ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Program and Project Management.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Governance: Develop and implement governance requirements such as charters, plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Oversee program budgets, track actual spending against planned expenditures, address budget variances, and create get-well plans when necessary.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively manage program risks and issues, and develop effective resolution strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate program progress, status, risks, and issues to executives and stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Cross-Program Collaboration: Manage stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration across different programs.

This role requires a strong ability to lead, organize, and drive program success while maintaining clear communication and coordination with all involved parties.
Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DoD Secret level clearance as well as a PMP Certification or DAU PM Level II.
