Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team. You will lead and oversee program management services for a large scale, enterprise IT services global contract. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a rapidly changing environment. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive program management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors.
  • Ensure effective governance using an Agile and scalable structure to support an evolving environment.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with third-party vendors, service providers, and carriers to enhance service delivery.
  • Plan strategically in an environment of changing budgets, technical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Increase cost-effectiveness and improve performance through innovative technologies and commercial practices.
  • Facilitate cross-functional, cross-branch, and cross-division communication to meet project goals with minimal customer impact.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and host a Program Kick-Off Meeting within five workdays of project start.
  • Prepare and distribute the Program Kick-Off Meeting Agenda for review and approval.
  • Document and distribute the Program Kick-Off Meeting Minutes Report.
  • Develop and provide a Monthly Status Report (MSR) including project updates, performance metrics, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Develop and maintain a Risk Management Plan, including identified risks, issues, and applicable mitigation plans.
  • Review and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with the Government to discuss financial reporting, invoice requirements, and other financial requirements of the Task Order (TO).

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • An ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
  • A minimum of (5) five years of experience managing Agile and DevOps projects.
  • Experience managing program and project management personnel in a technical environment similar in size, scope, and complexity.
  • Experience with developing and managing a customer-focused continuous improvement program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  A certified Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
  •  A professional-level cloud certification in at least one of the following cloud service providers: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or MS Azure.
  •  Experience managing a transition of systems/applications into a cloud environment.
  •  Experience implementing technical and process changes in a highly complex infrastructure environment similar to the GSA environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather service requirements in support of service delivery.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must hold an active Top-Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time 
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel 
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer 
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations 
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $119,900-$172,900. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
