The Impact You Will Make:

  • Lead the company's top strategic, complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple departments and sets of stakeholders. Drive programs to delivery, track and report on business success metrics, identify opportunities for continuous improvement in order to meet business goals. You are the SME for the program.
  • Manage all aspects of the program lifecycle and craft a disciplined project plan - defining scope, managing timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, securing resources, leading the project team through a successful launch, and managing post launch success analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze the relevant financial, operational, and customer experience KPIs; and drive business strategy accordingly. Draw strategic insights out of the data and communicate opportunities to all leadership levels.
  • Work with a diverse set of stakeholders to get stuff done. Influence, collaborate, and communicate across all leadership levels. Drive an interconnected set of workstreams to help accomplish business goals.
  • Play a primary role in program operating cadence (business reviews, project retrospectives, program communication to senior leadership).
  • Contribute to a team culture of high responsibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field; MBA is a plus.
  • 6-8 years of experience in strategy, project / program management or operational roles; must have experience owning end-to-end implementations and complex, cross functional programs spanning multiple stakeholder teams.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Program Management Certification a plus.
    • Strong working knowledge of standard program management tools including MS Project, Asana, Jira, ALM and PLM tools.
  • Track record of driving results and leading execution with cross-functional teams; you're effective in running complex projects - everything from project planning through execution, including post launch analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail - digs into all of the minutiae and understands every aspect of the business; You love to learn and when something isn't clear you have a high degree of ownership to figure it out.
  • Effective in holding people across all leadership levels accountable
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator. Effective at tailoring communication given the audience.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills (you are an expert at Excel and SQL); you bring solutions to the table based on thorough analyses.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals.


NY Salary Range: $91,000-136,000
The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.
