Mayvin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide senior level leadership and oversight in support of the FBI’s Strategic Workforce for Intelligence, Finance, and Technical Administration (SWIFT) mission. The Program Manager will manage complex FBI programs, lead strategic planning, evaluate program feasibility, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with FBI governance, policy, and performance objectives.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have a Top Secret clearance.
This position is pending contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and interprets rules, principles, and data relationships to draw logical conclusions and develop solutions to complex problems
- Applies systems acquisition policies, procedures, and practices to assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance factors
- Conducts research, develops plans, coordinates activities, and delivers clear briefings aligned with leadership goals and organizational objectives
- Collaborates effectively across executive staffs, joint organizations, commands, and interagency partners to ensure unified program execution
- Produces data driven metrics and analytical products that strengthen organizational decision making and performance oversight
- Executes comprehensive project management practices, including risk management, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, change management, and resource planning
- Understands customer requirements to ensure cases are delivered on time and of high quality
- Participates in program meetings and is prepared to address or disseminate anything of need concerning customer policies, procedures, and clarifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 12 years of complex program management experience in government programs, projects, or activities
- Minimum of 10 years leading, managing, and conducting strategic planning for an organization, including collaboration with agency executives
- Minimum of 10 years preparing written and oral reports to senior leadership and stakeholders regarding program progress and performance
- Prior experience supporting FBI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in intelligence, financial management, or technical administration environments
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent program management certification
- Experience with strategic planning, governance frameworks, risk management, or federal acquisition policy
