Mayvin is seeking a Program Manager to lead assessment activities for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. The role supports the Judicial Facility Security Program and includes structured evaluations of the Court Security Officer program. The Program Manager will direct the assessment team, coordinate with AO stakeholders, and deliver findings that inform data driven workforce and resource decisions.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of accountability and primary COR interface for all task execution.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams performing CSO workforce analyses, evaluating current staffing formulas, and developing evidence based recommendations for operational and security improvements.
- Translate task order requirements into integrated execution plans and assign personnel, resources, and technical tasking.
- Manage assessment workflows that examine CSO staffing levels, mission requirements, facility demands, and model accuracy; synthesize findings into decision ready products for AO leadership.
- Lead assessment activities for the CSO program, including data collection, model validation, and analysis of staffing levels, operational requirements, and facility specific security demands.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 15 years of experience managing federal programs.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing security, administrative, or operational assessment efforts within federal environments.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary analysis teams and deliver structured evaluations aligned with federal performance standards.
- Strong record of managing customer communication, risk tracking, schedule control, and evidence based analytical reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Judicial Security Inspector for the United States Marshals Service
