Mayvin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a global IT support program for the U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS). The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing DoD enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, staffing, subcontractors, cost, schedule, performance, quality, risk, and geographically dispersed technical teams.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
This position is contingent upon award.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and continuous refinement of the Task Order Management Plan
- Direct the organizational structure and oversee staffing, recruiting, retention, and Capability Lead performance
- Establish and enforce communication, governance, and management processes across the program
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with program objectives
- Coordinate and maintain strong operational relationships with ARTRANS, RNECs, NETCOM, and DISA
- Monitor and control program performance, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and full PWS/QASP compliance
- Drive transition activities, staffing ramp ups, and ensure uninterrupted operational continuity
- Ensure all personnel meet required clearance, credentialing, and DoDM 8140.03 compliance standards
- Manage vacancies, base closures, heightened support requirements, and contingency operational needs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, data science, information systems, information technology, software engineering or a related field
- PMP certification
- Minimum of twelve (12) years experience of DoD program or task-order management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting C4ISR, ITSM, transition activities, and DoD cyber workforce requirements
- CompTIA Project Plus, ITIL, Security+, CISSP, or RCCE Level 1, CCISO, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, DAWIA PM Advanced, GFACT, GSLC
- Five or more years leading geographically dispersed technical teams
- Experience with Army, ARTRANS, SDDC, USTRANSCOM, NETCOM, DISA, or RNECs
