The Role

Manage automotive product development projects, including PDP gate reviews, weekly team meetings, red program reviews, deliverable tracking, project documentation, investment control, financial performance, and customer milestone requirements. Escalate critical issues, ensure flawless launches, maintain project information in PM Portal and SharePoint, and comply with internal controls, health and safety requirements, and Aptiv business processes.

Major Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct Aptiv PDP AA, A and B Projects, especially on automotive harness businesses

· Conduct Aptiv PDP Gate Review and Ensure Projects flawless launched

· Conduct PDT meeting weekly to manage PDP Projects

· Participate AP Red Program Review meeting and escalate the critical issues to management weekly

· Participate Global Red Program Review meeting as scheduled

· Upload and maintain Project information and documents into PM Portal and SharePoint weekly

· Monitor and control Project Investment(AR) and manage Project Finance performance

· Manage customer MRD to make sure key deliverables on time

· Comply with internal control requirements, H&S and Aptiv Business Process at all times

Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering, the better is on mechanical/electrical engineering

· OEM customer experience is preferred

· At least 5 years related experience, Automotive experience is strongly preferred

· High responsibility and Ownership

· Solid leadership & management skill

· Strong communication skill

· Fluent English in Writing and Oral

· Basic knowledge in IATF 16949.
