You are responsible for the end-to-end adaptation of training materials, knowledge bases, and operational playbooks. You will work closely with local Master Driving Instructors and product teams to ensure that our global operational standards translate into high-fidelity, locally compliant, and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Redlining: Translate expert feedback and redlines into clear, actionable updates within our content management systems.

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the strategic bridge between global product teams, U.S.-based operations, and local in-country experts. Facilitate a frictionless, accelerated review and approval cycle.

  • Assessment & Optimization: Develop localized assessments targeting region-specific road risks and ensure all learning tools are optimized for local language, iconography, and usability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strategic Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple content streams, hit aggressive launch timelines, and adapt rapidly to changing regulatory requirements.

  • Detail Orientation: Elite editorial skills; ability to refine documentation for absolute linguistic clarity and technical accuracy.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge operational gaps between global teams and local stakeholders.

  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency with collaborative editing platforms, Google Workspace, and content management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
