- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding project status, technical changes, and product quality.
- Schedule & Budget Adherence: Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Engineering Changes: Direct, review, and approve product design changes and manage the impact of these changes on cost and timing.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address program bottlenecks (e.g., tooling delays, manufacturing issues) and develop solutions
