About Payoneer

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic programs role at the center of Global Sales HQ. You own the portfolio of sales-development programs and strategic sales initiatives that turn strategy into repeatable, measurable motions across regions — and you are the connective tissue between Sales and Product, between demand generation and closure, and between global standards and on-the-ground execution.

In a matrixed organization where regional heads own their reps and delivery, you own the standard, the operating rhythm, and the cross-functional programs that make the whole sales engine more effective. It is a builder-strategist role: you design the programs, orchestrate the launches, instrument them, and scale what works.

What You'll Own

SALES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS & STRATEGIC SALES INITIATIVES

  • Own the portfolio of sales-development programs and strategic initiatives that raise the productivity and consistency of the global sales organization, from skills and plays to new sales motions.
  • Translate the annual sales strategy into a sequenced program roadmap with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Stand up initiatives as time-boxed programs with scale / iterate / kill decision gates, plus the governance rhythm — interlocks, exception desks, QBR cadences — that keeps regions on one standard.

SALES – PRODUCT INTERLOCK

  • Own the operating interlock between Sales and Product: a structured, two-way loop that turns field signal into roadmap input and turns roadmap into sales readiness.
  • Represent the voice of the field in prioritization, packaging, and pricing discussions, and carry product context back into the field.
  • Ensure every material product change lands with the sales org through readiness, positioning, and enablement — nothing ships to market unsold internally.

CAMPAIGNS — DEMAND & CLOSURE ALIGNMENT

  • Orchestrate integrated GTM campaigns that align top-of-funnel demand generation with the sales closure motion, so demand converts to pipeline and pipeline to revenue.
  • Partner with Marketing and RevOps to define targeting, messaging, and the handoff and follow-up SLAs that connect demand to closure.
  • Instrument campaigns end to end (demand → qualified pipeline → closed revenue) and drive continuous, data-led improvement.

NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION (NPI) INTO MARKETS

  • Own the sales side of new-product introductions: the launch playbook, market-readiness criteria, and sequencing for introducing products into markets, countries, and corridors.
  • Coordinate the cross-functional launch (Product, Marketing, Enablement, regional sales) so each introduction has clear ownership, ramp targets, and measurement.
  • Define go / no-go gates and post-launch review so the organization scales winners and retires what doesn't land.

COUNTRY & CORRIDOR SALES STRATEGY

  • Define where-to-play / how-to-win by country and corridor — grounded in market, revenue, and account data.
  • Build and maintain the market and corridor tiering and prioritization that focuses sales investment on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Partner with regional Sales heads to translate corridor strategy into coverage, targeting, and sequenced motions on the ground.

What Success Looks Like — First 6–12 Months

  • A published, sequenced program roadmap tied to the sales strategy, with governance live and adopted across regions.
  • A functioning Sales–Product interlock running on a regular cadence, with measurable roadmap and readiness outcomes.
  • Integrated demand-to-closure campaigns live, with clean end-to-end metrics leadership uses to steer.
  • A repeatable NPI launch model and an active country / corridor sales strategy directing prioritized investment.

What You Bring

REQUIRED

  • 8+ years in GTM strategy, sales programs, sales enablement / excellence, or strategic sales initiatives, including running cross-functional programs at scale.
  • Proven experience owning a Sales–Product interlock or equivalent alignment between the field and the product roadmap.
  • A track record designing and launching go-to-market campaigns that connect demand generation to sales closure.
  • Experience leading new-product introductions and / or market and corridor launch strategy.
  • Strong analytical foundation — comfortable in the data, building market / corridor prioritization, and instrumenting funnels end to end.
  • A record of operating in a matrixed, multi-region organization and driving alignment without direct authority; excellent executive communication.

PREFERRED

  • Hands-on fluency with the modern sales stack — Salesforce, Gong, BI / SQL (BigQuery a plus), and campaign tooling.
  • Familiarity with corridor-based, multi-currency GTM and with SMB / marketplace / platform segments.
  • Experience standing up governance rhythms — interlocks, QBRs, and forecast operating models — across regions.

Fintech / payments experience strongly preferred

  • Background in fintech, payments, or cross-border B2B financial services.
  • Understanding of how compliance, trust, long sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder buying committees shape GTM in regulated financial services.
  • Comfort translating product complexity (multi-currency, FX, working capital, stablecoin rails) into simple, sellable, market-ready motions.

Who You'll Work With

Product, Marketing, RevOps, regional sales heads (EMEA, APAC, LATAM), Sales Enablement & Excellence, Customer Retention & Expansion, and Strategic Accounts. You'll be a core member of the Global Sales HQ leadership team, reporting to the VP of Global Sales.

Why Join

You'll own the programs and cross-functional interlocks that a global sales organization runs on — the layer where strategy, product, demand, and execution meet. You'll build, not just maintain, in a company at the frontier of cross-border payments, with the data, tooling, and executive support to make GTM measurably better across three regions.
