Your tasks

The program manager is accountable for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction of a program — a single large customer with multiple sites, or a group of related projects delivered under one commercial relationship.  He/she is the senior Kardex point of contact for that customer across every site in the program, from sales handover through final acceptance of the last installation.

In close cooperation with sales, he/she contributes to the pursuit and shaping of multi-site opportunities, advising on rollout sequence, site prioritization, and phasing.  He/she then ensures a consistent transition from the sales phase into implementation and later into service at every site, so the customer receives one Kardex standard rather than a different experience at each location.

The program manager coordinates the project managers assigned to the program and resolves competing demands for engineering, installation, and site resources across concurrent sites.  He/she manages interdependencies between sites, applies the lessons of each installation to the next, and is accountable for consolidated program financial performance, forecasting, and change order strategy.

The program manager is highly customer-oriented and is expected to build a durable relationship at senior level within the customer organization — advocating for their logistics processes and requirements while protecting the commercial and delivery interests of the program.  He/she is highly motivated to work in a startup/growth environment and is open for a wide range of tasks at different locations.

Your profile

Advanced project leadership — Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑phase automation or logistics projects with complex technical, operational, and commercial requirements.

  • Cross‑functional coordination — Proven success aligning engineering, software, supply chain, installation partners, and service teams toward unified project outcomes.
  • Strategic communication — Ability to communicate clearly with executive stakeholders, translate technical concepts into business impacts, and manage expectations across diverse audiences.
  • Commercial and financial acumen — Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, margin protection, contract terms, and change‑order negotiation.
  • Risk and governance discipline — Strong capability in identifying risks early, implementing mitigation plans, and maintaining structured project governance.
  • Process improvement mindset — Ability to evaluate existing tools, templates, and workflows and contribute to continuous improvement across the project organization.
  • Mentorship and team development — Experience guiding project managers or junior team members, supporting skill development, and reinforcing best practices.
  • Technical literacy — Comfortable working with automation systems, warehouse technologies, IT integrations, and design tools such as AutoCAD and project management platforms.
  • Customer‑centric approach — Ability to understand customer operations, anticipate needs, and maintain strong long‑term relationships.
  • Adaptability in growth environments — Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving organization with shifting priorities and emerging processes.
