This position involves leading a cross functional team, ensuring program objectives are met, and driving operational success. Summary

This position involves leading a cross functional team, ensuring program objectives are met, and driving operational success. The Program Manager will collaborate with Lawelawe leadership, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality services, maintain customer satisfaction, and support continuous improvement across various program functions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all terms and requirements of the contract.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Plan and organize day-to-day program tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
- Determines labor needs to meet program’s production goals.
- Organize, monitor and track program schedules, and milestones, ensuring objectives are achieved on time.

- Ensure the preparation, accuracy, and timely submission of all contract deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance program efficiency and overall performance.
- Oversee and guide recruitment efforts in collaboration with leadership, ensuring timely and effective staffing.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in program management, with demonstrated success in leading complex programs and teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration software, and other relevant technologies
- Secret Level Clearance required
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Salary
Dependent on Experience (DOE). Compensation will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
