Responsibilities:
- Manage Architecture Governance and ICAG review processes, ensuring effective intake, prioritization, and execution.
- Facilitate architecture review sessions, governance discussions, and stakeholder alignment activities.
- Track architecture decisions, risks, actions, and remediation plans through completion.
- Support delivery of architecture, cloud modernization, and technology transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Architecture, Engineering, Cloud, Risk, and Business teams.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, priorities, and governance reporting.
- Support cloud and AI/GenAI governance processes and related review activities.
- Develop governance metrics, dashboards, executive reports, and presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement of governance frameworks, processes, and operating procedures.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Architecture Governance, Technology Strategy, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex technology initiatives in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of architecture governance, technology standards, and modernization programs.
- Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting governance forums, architecture review boards, or similar committees.
- Strong Agile delivery knowledge, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
