Position Title: Program Manager
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
We are seeking a Program Manager (PgM) to support the delivery of vulnerability management programs for NCC Group's clients. In this role, you will partner with Senior Program Managers and technical delivery teams to coordinate ongoing security engagements, facilitate client communications, manage project plans, and ensure key milestones and deliverables are completed on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident leading meetings with both internal and client stakeholders. You'll be responsible for tracking actions, coordinating multiple workstreams, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure vulnerability management programs operate efficiently from planning through delivery.

Summary
Program Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of vulnerability management and cybersecurity programs, ensuring activities remain on track and aligned to agreed timelines.
- Maintain project plans, action logs, RAID logs, and other program documentation to ensure accurate reporting and execution.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams, proactively following up on outstanding actions.
- Support Senior Program Managers in delivering successful client outcomes through strong operational coordination and execution.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Schedule, facilitate, and document client and internal meetings, ensuring agendas, meeting minutes, decisions, and action items are clearly communicated and followed through.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through professional, timely, and proactive communication.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for program activities, escalating risks, issues, or blockers to Senior Program Managers when appropriate.
- Provide regular program updates to stakeholders, ensuring visibility into progress, milestones, and upcoming deliverables.
Program Governance & Reporting
- Maintain program governance artifacts, including status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, project plans, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor Program health by tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring concerns are identified and escalated in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of client governance meetings, reporting packs, and executive status updates.
- Ensure program documentation is accurate, organized, and aligned with NCC Group delivery standards and best practices.
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate activities across delivery teams to ensure work progresses efficiently, and operational blockers are addressed promptly.
- Identify opportunities to improve program processes, templates, and ways of working to drive greater consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate recurring vulnerability management activities, including assessment scheduling, remediation tracking, reporting cadence, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Program Management team.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues when needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we are looking for in you
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, or complex delivery within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives or accounts with shared objectives and dependencies.
- Strong client-facing background, including engagement with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business goals into executable programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Proven financial and commercial acumen at a program or portfolio level.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience delivering cybersecurity, technology, or risk-based consulting services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP, PPM, or equivalent.
