The Program Manager is part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and business-critical projects and programs within an assigned portfolio. The role ensures initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively in terms of scope, time, cost, quality and business value, in alignment with the Bank's project management framework and strategic objectives. The Program Manager provides leadership throughout the project lifecycle, manages complex stakeholder environments, supports portfolio governance, and contributes to the successful realization of strategic transformation initiatives.
- Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of large, complex and business-critical projects across the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, time, cost and quality parameters.
- Ensure projects align with the Bank's strategic priorities, PMO governance framework and portfolio objectives.
- Select and apply the most appropriate project delivery methodology (Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid) based on project complexity and business requirements.

- Proactively identify and manage complex project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans for high-impact risks.
- Escalate significant risks and decisions to the Portfolio Manager and governance forums where appropriate.

Requirements

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in project management or a project-based environment.
- Proven experience in delivering large, complex and business-critical projects or programmes, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management practices and project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid).
