Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Manager will be responsible for the execution and performance of several projects for one specific customer. The Program Manager will also have to maintain the risks, scope ,schedule and costs of the projects in alignment with Project Management best practices and Airbus Helicopters Arabia (AHA) policies and management system.
LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Comply with all Aviation and Export Control Regulations
● Develop project plans and contract deliverables
● Manage project budget, schedule, scope and risk
● Manage all aspect of planning, monitoring and execution of the contracts
● Identify, review and analyze projects risks, assess and implement mitigation actions
● Coordinate operational aspects of the project between project team and liaise with finance, HR
and management as required
● Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
● Prepare and deliver internal and external reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.)
● Perform contract reviews with AHA and Corporate management
● Perform project close and document lessons learned and best practices through life of project
● Manage and control customer expectations and change requests
● Conduct site visits at Customer location as required
● Respond to Customer complaints and concerns in timely manner
● Improve Customer satisfaction by delivering consistent results and following up on any concerns
● Participate in continuous improvement of PM processes
