The Role
We are looking for a Program Manager who sits at the intersection of delivery rigor and client strategy. You will own the implementation, not just the relationship. That means driving technical programs to completion, coordinating internal and external teams, and ensuring every commitment made to the client gets delivered on time and on scope. This is a high ownership role where the outcome is yours.
You will own the full lifecycle of PaaS platform implementations for enterprise clients, from the first client conversation through launch and operational handover. You will be the primary point of contact, the internal quarterback, and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You’ll Do
Own the Client Relationship
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client program leadership throughout the full implementation lifecycle (contract signing through operationalization)
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders at banking and insurance organizations
- Lead client-facing governance sessions, program status reviews, and escalation conversations with confidence and clarity
- Guide clients through decisions, push back when necessary, and proactively surface risks before they become problems
Lead Program Delivery
- Take full ownership of large-scale PaaS implementation programs from initial planning through operational handover
- Quarterback cross-functional internal teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience
- Identify risks, scope changes, and opportunities early and drive them to resolution with urgency pulling in the right team members
- Translate complex client challenges into structured, actionable delivery plans
- Continuously refine delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 6 to 10 years of experience in program or project management in a client-facing delivery role
- Minimum 3 years delivering technology solutions directly to external clients in BFSI (banking, financial services, or insurance)
- Demonstrated experience owning enterprise client relationships at the executive level
- Proven ability to build delivery frameworks, governance models, and processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment
- Working knowledge of SaaS/PaaS delivery models and enterprise systems integration
- Comfort navigating technical conversations with engineering and product teams while keeping clients focused on business outcomes
- A proactive communicator who escalates early and never lets surprises reach the client
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to translate complexity into a clear, compelling narrative
- A startup mindset with comfort in ambiguity, fast pace, and building something new
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus
