Everforth ECS is seeking a Program Manager to support a federal civilian agency's Microsoft 365 and Power Platform operations, modernization, and cloud engineering program in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Everforth ECS is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise Microsoft 365 (M365), Power Platform, cloud, and cybersecurity services supporting a mission-critical federal environment. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with Government leadership and provide overall responsibility for contract performance, program governance, customer satisfaction, and successful execution of operational and modernization initiatives.
The Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and agency leadership, ensuring successful contract execution and customer satisfaction.
- Leading integrated teams supporting Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Power Platform, cybersecurity, and cloud engineering services.
- Managing program governance, staffing, risk, schedule, quality, and performance across Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Development, Modernization & Enhancement (DM&E) activities.
- Directing Agile service delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, performance reporting, and continuous service improvement using Agile and ITIL best practices.
- Overseeing stakeholder engagement, executive communications, organizational change management, user adoption, and training initiatives supporting Microsoft 365 modernization and AI/Copilot adoption.
- Managing contract financial performance, resource planning, issue resolution, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
- Leading transition, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities while maintaining continuity of mission-critical services.
- Driving continuous improvement through operational metrics, KPI reporting, quality management, and proactive identification of modernization opportunities.
Salary Range: $170,000 - $175,000

- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
