Program Manager
Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and organized Client Services Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring program consistency and client satisfaction through the successful implementation and execution of assigned accounts. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and cross-functional teams, outlining program goals and monitoring milestones to ensure all deliverables are met accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead Program Execution: Drive the implementation and ongoing management of assigned programs to ensure all tactical goals and deadlines are met.
Manage Client Onboarding: Facilitate cross-functional implementation meetings to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Drive Business Reviews: Prepare performance decks and lead discussions regarding program health, revenue, and client satisfaction to provide actionable insights.
Ensure Operational Integration: Communicate client requirements and work instructions to internal teams to support execution and contractual compliance.
Contractual Compliance: Understand and interpret client Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and create specific Statements of Work (SOWs) within internal management systems
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
5 years of experience in account management and/or client services.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to create and manage detailed project plans.
Proven ability in problem-solving and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry-standard certification.
Travel: 15%
