  • Provide expert support to government leadership in the management of the program's requirements management process flow. This includes assisting in the tracking of requirements from inception through validation and allocation, ensuring that all requirements are properly documented, and supporting the configuration management process for any proposed changes.
  • Responsible for the collection, consolidation, and management of program-related reporting for the program office and its interfacing organizations. This includes drafting and delivering monthly activity reports, preparing detailed year-in-review and history reports, and developing program quad charts. A key function of this role is to coordinate and formulate responses to ad-hoc data calls and taskers from external organizations and oversight authorities, including PEOs, Functional Directorates, and other entities across the AFLCMC enterprise and any Air Base Wing where LCMC has a presence.
  • Provide direct support to meetings by capturing key discussion points, decisions, and action items. Following the meetings, the contractor is responsible for formally documenting and disseminating these action items to the assigned POCs and diligently tracking them through to completion and formal closure.
  • Establish and maintain the program's lessons learned documentation. This involves proactively capturing key insights, best practices, and process improvement suggestions from all phases of the program life cycle to build a repository that fosters continuous improvement and informs future strategic planning.
