The Role
As Program Manager, Workplace, you'll own the cross-regional program portfolio and the governance framework that keeps that operating model coherent, driving consistency across regions, maintaining performance visibility for leadership, and making sure execution on the ground stays aligned with global Workplace strategy. You'll operate as a peer to regional and global Workplace directors, representing Workplace in director-level forums
What You'll Do

Drive cross-regional program execution end-to-end, including global Workplace initiatives, multi-regional RFPs and standards deployment
Identify local best practices and scale them for greater global consistency, partnering with regional leadership on strategic workstreams
Own the vendor governance framework: governance structure, supplier management rhythms, QBR cadence, and SLA accountability across regions (day-to-day financial and operational execution sits with vendor partners and local Workplace teams)
Ensure vendor performance is tracked, escalated, and managed consistently, equipping regional Workplace teams to hold vendors accountable at the site level
Own the Workplace metrics framework: assess and report on performance, identify strengths and gaps, and maintain cross-regional performance visibility for leadership
Serve as the liaison for reporting and systems integration across the Workplace organisation
What We're Looking For
6 years+ proven program management experience across complex, multi-region portfolios
Background in workplace, real estate, or operations, with good instincts for what's happening on the ground across sites
A track record of building and maintaining governance rhythms: reporting cadences, performance tracking, escalation frameworks
Experience with vendor and supplier management, including governance structures, QBR cadences, and SLA frameworks
Ability to connect the dots across functions, partnering effectively with Data/Tech, EHS, Finance, and regional Workplace teams
A clear, concise communicator who can synthesise cross-regional complexity for senior leadership
Self-directed and comfortable building structure in ambiguity, without a defined playbook
Proficient in navigating complex datasets via Excel and similar platforms, with a proactive mindset toward integrating AI to enhance operational efficiency.
